1、 Working principle:

1. Bottle washing:
The bottle washing process goes through five stations. The first station uses chlorine dioxide (CLO2) solution for washing and disinfection, and the washing time is adjustable. The first station takes 12 seconds, the second station takes 12 seconds, the third station takes 12 seconds, and the fourth station uses pure water for cleaning. The time can be adjusted according to different needs. The fifth station is used to dry the residual moisture in the washed bucket.
2. Filling:
The cleaned bucket is conveyed by a chain conveyor and falls onto the bucket support mechanism. The bucket support mechanism aligns the empty bucket, the filling valve is pressurized, and filling begins. The filling time can be adjusted according to the flow rate of the filling pump.
3. Filling and capping
After the filling is completed, the bucket drive mechanism sends the bucket filled with water to the capping machine for capping. When the capped bucket is transmitted to the capping mechanism, the capping cylinder presses the bottle cap tightly, completing one washing and filling cycle.
