By using the above technical ideas, the application of this system is constructed. The system structure is shown in Figure 1: the server accesses the Internet through network cable or optical fiber. Mobile company's base stations and othersGPRSNetwork equipment is also connected to the Internet through wired mode. The remote water meter is interconnected with the data collector. The data collector usesGPRSWireless interconnection with base station antennas. The data collector is responsible for collecting, recording, and transmitting flow data of large-diameter water meters. The server, as the execution center software of the data center, is responsible for data collection and analysis management.
