Working principle
Based on the principle of circular motion, the template and pressure roller are made of alloy steel and specially treated. The main shaft and flat mold drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction. The material is gelatinized at high temperature between the pressure roller and the template, and the protein solidifies and denatures. It is discharged from the mold hole under the pressure of the pressure roller, and the resulting particles are sent out of the machine through a feeding tray. The particle length can be adjusted through a cut, making it a model for breeding farms and farmers to reduce breeding costs and improve economic benefits.
