4Installation site
In order to facilitate heat dissipation and maintenance of the enclosure, the location where this equipment is installed must meet the following conditions:

1Electrical installation
1. Pay attention to the power capacity. Do not use the same power supply for multiple machines at the same time to avoid voltage drop, affecting machine performance, and even causing malfunction and shutdown. Please use a dedicated circuit.
2. The variation of power supply voltage should not exceed ± 5% of the voltage (maximum allowable voltage is ± 10%)
3. If it is a three-phase power supply, please pay attention to phase loss protection. If it is confirmed that the three-phase power supply is energized but the machine is not operating, then the machine may be in reverse phase, and only the adjacent two power lines need to be exchanged with each other
There is a grounding terminal at the rear of this machine, please ground it. The grounding wire must be constructed properly. According to the technical guidelines for electrical equipment, for the third type of grounding project, the grounding resistance should be maintained atBelow 50 Ω.

1. Inspection before operation

1. Usage method
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the main power switch
2. Inject the experimental water into the water storage tank and observe the water level of the humidifier to see if the water has submerged the heating tube
3. Hang the prepared wet ball gauze on the wet ball sensor, with a length of both sides placed in the wet ball sink. (Soak the wet ball gauze before hanging)
4. The water level in the wet bulb tank is adjusted by a level switch, which is called water balance adjustment. If the water level in the wet bulb tank is too high in the working room, the level switch will automatically adjust, otherwise it will be raised
5. Press the power switch, the indicator light will turn on, and set the temperature, humidity, and time to the desired level (operate according to the instrument manual)
