Process Instruments is a professional company specialized in researching applications of laser Raman spectroscopy analysis. We manufacture an effective, concise, and sensitive (f/2.0) spectrometer and a frequency stable, narrow spacing, and long-life laser (design life>6 years).

Our Raman probes with fixed laser filters>10-8 and top mounted interface filters can be used with 1000 meter long optical fibers. They can withstand 400 ℃ and 200 kg pressure when directly inserted into pipelines. We provide an efficient multi-channel laser Raman analyzer that can accommodate 18 or 9 channels for individual control. The software automatically loads appropriate modes for various channels and sample streams.

Our PROSpectTM Raman software is compatible with GRAMS/AI7TM and can be used in both laboratory and online tuning process control. The software features include automatic neon lamp absolute wavelength calibration, real-time chemometrics, and continuous laser wavelength tracking to ensure stable stoichiometric operation. All spectral data is calibrated to ensure that the model can be easily transferred from one Raman instrument to another. Our online multi-channel system (model PI-200-I) includes a backup laser source with automatic conversion function, which can switch to a new laser source within seconds if the first laser source is damaged. This backup feature, together with the automatic calibration system, ensures minimal downtime (generally<2 hours per year). All of our laser Raman spectrometers come with a 12-month warranty, which includes the laser diode light source. The digital output of DCS is compatible with standard MODBUS or OPC protocols using RS 232, RS 485, Or Ethernet connection.
