The main configuration of ZG-GX-3000 fiber laser welding machine includes: laser (including flexible fiber), water cooling unit, laser processing head, welding robot, machine tool system, control system, visual inspection system, fixture, etc.

The equipment is equipped with a safety protection fence. After placing the battery pack into the welding fixture, the laser welding head carried by the robotic arm performs automatic welding, and a visual inspection system is configured to monitor the welding process in real time. Welding completed, remove the battery pack, and complete laser welding.
