Equipment structure
1. Degreasing module
Wastewater undergoes a chemical coagulation process to remove large molecules, difficult to degrade substances, toxic substances, colloidal substances, insoluble substances, and other harmful and organic substances before entering the air flotation equipment. At the same time, the operation of air flotation can play a role in pre aeration of wastewater, removing some of the sulfide and ammonia nitrogen pollution loads in tannery wastewater. Moreover, the sludge also contains a certain amount of oxygen, which makes the sludge less prone to decay and has less odor.
2. Biological processing module
The biological treatment module of integrated equipment mainly utilizes suspended sludge particles filled with flocculent microbial communities in wastewater to treat various forms of organic matter, mainly soluble organic matter, under aerobic conditions. After a certain period of aeration, the wastewater enters the aeration tank, and the organic pollutants are adsorbed, oxidized, and decomposed by the pre domesticated activated sludge. After the activated sludge completes the adsorption and oxidation decomposition tasks, the mixed solution is immediately sent to the sedimentation tank. Activated sludge is separated from wastewater in the sedimentation tank, and the supernatant is discharged. A portion of the sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank flows back to the aeration tank, while the remaining activated sludge is discharged to the sludge concentration tank for concentration and then discharged externally. The aeration system adopts the push flow submerged aerator developed by Duoyuan Company. The aeration effect, land occupation, noise, power consumption, operation and maintenance are obviously superior to other aeration equipment, and underwater aeration can reduce the production of foam.
