Lechler GmbH was founded in 1879. The company's headquarters is located in the city of Metzingen, near the famous industrial city of Stuttgart in southern Germany. After more than a hundred years of development, it has become the largest nozzle design and manufacturer in Europe. Lechler has over 20000 types of products, which are widely used in various fields such as general industry, steel industry, environmental protection, and agriculture. The nozzles used for wet desulfurization in coal-fired power plants are required to meet the atomization effect of the slurry under very harsh working conditions (corrosive and abrasive) while ensuring a long service life. To solve this problem, Lechler developed silicon carbide ceramic materials to make nozzles, which have good performance of continuous operation for many years without significant wear.
