Ink Introduction
The CSJ-08 series light guide plate ink is a product made by mixing, dispersing, and grinding original imported high-tech and environmentally friendly nano light guide powder and acrylic ester. This ink is an ideal material for LED LCD backlight modules, high-quality ultra-thin advertising light boxes, and back/light guide plate printing. It has wear-resistant properties, high brightness, excellent uniformity, reproducibility, and adhesion.
Ink type
Drying under natural conditions for 2-4 hours, forced drying at 60 ℃ -75 ℃ for 30 minutes. The optical performance of CSJ-08 series light guide plate ink is closely related to dot arrangement and printing conditions. Please conduct relevant performance tests in advance.
Dilution
To adjust the printing viscosity, please use:
A. Screen printing: 3 # solvent (standard), 4 # solvent (slow drying), 6 # solvent (extra slow drying).
clean
Please use 707 mesh washing water or PVC mesh washing water to clean the screen.
Screen type
Please use oil resistant screen and 120T mesh.
Color packaging
There are three types of light guiding: white, fading, and brightening, each packaged in one kilogram iron cans.
