Purpose:This smoke opacity measuring telescope is a specialized instrument used by environmental protection departments and industrial and mining enterprises to monitor environmental pollution and energy conservation. This instrument converts the monitoring of smoke and dust from the Ringman smoke concentration map daily measurement method to remote measurement through high-quality prism telescopes. structural principleThis instrument adopts a binocular prism telescope system, and a corresponding dry Ringman smoke concentration map is made on the telescope reticle1-5A grayscale staircase block with a fully transparent section0level,The observer compares the smoke target with the grayscale step block of that level through the left eyepiece of the telescope, in order to determine the standard level of smoke blackness.

Instructions for useTake out the instrument from the leather bag, remove the eyepiece cover and objective cover, then align the instrument with the monitored chimney mouth, adjust the telescope to make the black smoke emitted from the chimney mouth clear, and then compare and measure. When measuring, attention should be paid to:1)The illumination light during observation (direct sunlight or sky illumination) should be side light, approximately at a right angle to the line of sight, and avoid front light and backlight.2)In cloudy conditions, due to the dark background of the sky, readings should be taken at a slightly lower level.3)There should be no dark obstacles such as mountains, trees, or buildings on the background of the chimney exit.4)When observing, it should represent the normal operation status of the boiler and require the boiler load to be maintained at the rated load80%Above, water should not be added to the coal at this time, and excessive air should not be blown to balance the release.5)Observation cannot be based on one time, the interval between each observation can be0.1-1Within minutes, record data in sequence, such as smoke and dust opacity between level two, which can be estimated0.5The level of blackness value will be measured and the average value will be taken, which is the blackness of the smoke and dust
