IIReference method description:

1. Use a two probe method to directly measure the overall resistivity of the polarizer, including the resistance of the probe itself, the contact resistance between the probe and the coating, the resistance of the coating, the contact resistance between the coating and the current collector, and the resistance of the current collector itself; Solve the problem that the four probe method test data cannot describe the overall battery electrode value;

2. The testing process is basically the same as the actual battery application, and a total test value includes the electronic conductivity characteristics of each part, quickly studying the influence of the process on the electrode sheet resistivity.

For LFP electrodes with high resistance, stable results can be obtained when the loading current is low, while for low resistance graphite electrodes, stable results can only be obtained when the loading current is relatively high NMC、 Graphite electrodes can obtain relatively stable measurement results with a loading current of 10mA or more.
