(1) Overview:
The long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector is a product of our company's research and technology experience and achievements over the past decade, which integrates the best long bag low-pressure pulse dust removal technology in the world and is introduced to users as a long bag offline pulse dust collector technology product with the international level of the 21st century. It adopts offline low-pressure pulse jet cleaning technology to prevent dust reattachment and loss of control, enhance the cleaning effect of the filter bag, improve the filtration speed, save cleaning energy consumption, and extend the service life of the filter bag. The long bag low-pressure pulse bag filter adopts a PLC programmable controller to automatically control the entire process of dust cleaning and transportation. It is a large-scale dust removal equipment with high air volume, good dust cleaning effect, dust removal efficiency ≥ 99.8%, emission concentration in line with national emission standards ≤ 50mg/Nm3, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and small footprint. Widely used for dust control and material recovery in industries such as metallurgy, steelmaking, blast furnace raw material injection preparation, building materials, power, chemical, carbon black, asphalt concrete mixing, boilers, flue gas dust removal, etc.
(2) Construction and working principle:
The dust collector is mainly composed of an upper box, a middle box, a bracket, a filter bag and blowing device, an ash unloading device, an ash conveying device, etc. Dust laden air enters the ash hoppers of each chamber through the inlet channel of the dust collector and is guided by the ash hopper guide device. Large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, while finer dust uniformly enters the middle box and adsorbs on the outer surface of the filter bag. Clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through various offline valves and exhaust pipes. As the filtration process progresses, the dust on the filter bag accumulates more and more. When the equipment resistance reaches the limited resistance value (usually set to 1500Pa), the cleaning control device automatically closes the offline valve in one room according to the differential pressure setting value or cleaning time setting value. Then, the electrically controlled pulse valve is opened according to the set program to stop air blowing. Compressed air is used to instantly spray and increase the pressure inside the bag, shaking off the dust on the filter bag (even fine dust can be thoroughly cleaned) and sending it to the ash hopper. The dust is discharged by the ash discharge mechanism, and the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere through the clean air channel.
(3) Main structure and characteristics of long bag low-pressure pulse dust collector:
1. Equipped with advanced automatic offline valve and offline three state ash cleaning mechanism, with advanced technology, reliable operation, and low energy consumption for thorough ash cleaning.
2. Reasonable design of air inlet channels and ash hopper diversion technology have solved the problem of uneven airflow in each compartment that is commonly encountered in general bag filters.
3. A special large capacity pulse valve gas storage bag has been designed to meet the needs of low-pressure pulse injection gas sources.
4. The upper end of the filter bag adopts a spring expansion ring type, which not only has good sealing performance, but also is quick and easy to replace the bag during maintenance, achieving external bag replacement. When changing bags, the filter bag skeleton is extracted from the clean air chamber of the dust collector, and the dirty bags are put into the ash hopper, which is then taken out through the ash hopper hole, improving the bag changing environment.
5. In terms of the structural design of the upper end of the bag cage, there are multiple structural types (octagonal, circular, etc.) to choose from according to different working conditions, and there are strict requirements for the manufacturing of the bag cage. Our company's bag cage is processed on an automated production line through the introduction of foreign technology cooperation, and its various indicators are about 50% higher than industry standards.
6. The standard length of the bag cage is 6 meters. If the user's space is limited, it can be increased by 1-2 meters as needed. Therefore, when dealing with the same air volume, this equipment has the smallest footprint compared to other anti blowing dust collectors and conventional pulse dust collectors, which can save 30-50% and reduce equipment weight by about 40%.
7. The service life of the vulnerable parts of the electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is greater than 1 million times. Adopting low-pressure pulse blowing technology and using a straight through low-pressure pulse valve, the blowing pressure is only 0.2-0.4 MPa. Due to the low blowing pressure, the pressure and impact force of the pulse valve diaphragm during opening and closing are relatively low, resulting in fast opening and closing and strong dust cleaning ability. At the same time, due to the longer cleaning cycle, the number of times the pulse valve is opened is correspondingly reduced, thereby extending the service life of the pulse valve and improving its reliability.
8. Advanced programmable controllers can be used for dust collector control, with three modes of differential pressure, timing, and manual control, to achieve comprehensive system control of dust collector pulse valves, ash discharge valves, etc. If required, auxiliary alarm control can be provided for sensing components such as temperature on the body.
