3、 Use of instruments
1. Safety
a.Equipment and personal safety, instruments must have reliable grounding;
b.When using preheating furnaces and other heating equipment, the temperature is very high, and extra care must be taken during operation to prevent burns;
c.Equipment and pipeline joints must be tightened and regularly inspected for their condition, especially when using gas, extra caution must be taken to prevent injury from high pressure.
2Pressure regulating valve
When the handle is rotated counterclockwise to the loosened state, the pressure regulating valve closes, the air path is cut off, and the pressure is increased in a clockwise direction Rotate the handle, increase the amount of rotation, and correspondingly increase the pressure of the discharged gas. When the required pressure is reached, stop rotating the pressure regulating valve.

4Preheating furnace
Turn on the heating switch of the preheating furnace, set the working temperature on the preheating furnace temperature controller, and the preheating furnace will be automatically heated by the temperature controller. The temperature setting method is detailed in the temperature controller user manual.
5High pressure vessel

Variable volume:There are pump inlet, stop, and outlet switches on the control panel. When the switch is turned to the inlet position, the pump plunger advances and the volume inside the kettle decreases. When the switch is turned to the stop position, the pump stops moving. When the switch is turned to the pump retraction position, the pump plunger retracts and the volume inside the kettle increases.
Temperature inside the kettle:Measured by a high-pressure vessel temperature measuring instrument.
6Return pressure valve
Adjust a certain control pressure with a pressure regulating valve, load it onto the top of the back pressure valve, and the back pressure valve can control the reverse pressure The pressure inside the kettle works at this pressure, and when the pressure inside the kettle exceeds the control pressure, the pressure relief valve automatically releases pressure and empties.
7. Separators
Turn on the separator heating switch, set the operating temperature on the separator temperature controller, and separate Heating is automatically controlled by a temperature controller.
8Cooling device
Connect to cooling water for cooling.
9Sweep air
Open the scavenging valve and use nitrogen to clean the reactor and the inside of the tube.
