1. Structure of Longmen high-speed CNC drilling machine

The various components of the fuselage are made of high rigidity cast iron parts, which have undergone heat treatment and stress relief annealing treatment. Two high load-bearing linear rolling guide pairs are installed on both sides of the gantry. The movement of the gantry is achieved by a servo motor driving the ball screw to rotate on the ball screw through an elastic coupling. This structure has the advantages of no transmission clearance and fast dynamic response speed.

2. Servo type drilling power head

The drilling power head is driven by a servo motor through gear reduction, achieving stepless speed regulation. The feed section is driven by servo motors and ball screws. When the drill bit comes into contact with the workpiece in fast forward, it can automatically switch to fast forward. The working feed speed is set by the CNC system program, and the drilling spindle holes are BT40/BT50 taper holes.

3. Flat chain automatic chip conveyor and circulating cooling device

This machine tool can be equipped with a flat chain automatic chip conveyor and comes standard with a low-pressure external cooling pump for tool cooling both inside and outside.

4. Automatic lubrication device and protective device

This machine tool is equipped with an automatic lubrication device, which can automatically lubricate the moving pairs such as guide rails and lead screws. The X-axis and Y-axis of the machine tool are equipped with dust-proof protective covers, and waterproof splash guards are installed around the workbench.

5. Hydraulic system (optional)

Partial customized ultra large stroke dynamic beam CNC gantry drilling machine is equipped with hydraulic device, and the clamping of the gantry frame after movement is completed by the hydraulic device
