The gantry mobile CNC drilling machine is mainly used for drilling/countersunking/chamfering/tapping and light milling of rectangular pipes/plates/structural parts.
2、 Machine tool structure:
1. The machine tool is mainly composed of a bed, worktable, gantry, power head, CNC system, cooling system, and other parts.
2. The gantry mobile CNC drilling machine tool adopts a fixed bed worktable and a gantry moving form.
3. The bed, column, worktable, and gantry are HT250 cast structural components, and the bracket is a rectangular tube welded component. Before processing, they undergo high-temperature annealing, semi precision machining, and secondary annealing to remove stress, and then precision machining to ensure stable machine tool accuracy. The bed surface is made of integral cast iron worktable precision milled with T-shaped grooves, and the worktable is CNC precision ground to ensure worktable accuracy.
4. The gantry mobile CNC drilling machine has three CNC axes, and the bed is equipped with heavy-duty linear guides. The gantry can move longitudinally along the guide rails (x-axis), and the gantry crossbeam is also equipped with linear guides. The slide can move laterally along the guide rails (y-axis), and the slide is equipped with a slider. The power head is equipped with a guide rail and can move vertically on the slide (z-axis). The x, Y, and z axes are all driven by CNC servo motors and ball screws.
5. The power head spindle adopts a precision spindle, driven by a servo spindle motor, and can be infinitely adjusted according to needs. The spindle can be clamped with drill bit taps or milling cutters through BT40 chuck, equipped with pneumatic cutting cylinder, achieving one click tool change, higher accuracy, and high-speed cutting.
6. The machine tool adopts water cooling and is equipped with a coolant supply, recovery, and circulation system, as well as an automatic oil lubrication system to ensure the smooth, long-term, and effective operation of the linear guide and ball screw.
7. The control adopts the Kane Emperor CNC system, and the electric drive adopts high-precision absolute value series servo motor drive. It is equipped with RS232 interface and color display screen, Chinese operation interface, and can input workpieces on-site/externally via USB. It is easy to operate and equipped with a full digital high-speed handwheel, making your operation more convenient and fast.
