The pipe bending capacity is below 63.5mm in diameter. According to different user needs, various bending functions can be equipped, such as 1D material assistanceIB Interface Zone Booster for short pieces and DBS Double Blades Shearing technology.
The main function of the PT series pipe bending machine is to control the thinning rate of the pipe wall. Powerful material assisted technology can control wall thinning within 18% when the pipe diameter is 50.8 mm and the bending radius is 1 x OD. The PT series pipe bending machine can be used in the production of exhaust pipes, intake and exhaust manifolds, and other spare parts for steam turbines and vehicles.
