Online differential pH electrode
The M-70 differential pH electrode uses three electrode differential measurement technology, where the pH and reference electrodes achieve perfect measurement accuracy by comparing with a grounded electrode, even in extremely harsh chemical applications. The material of the sensor body can be almost applied in most process solutions. The replaceable salt bridge and additive reference solution ensure the long service life of the sensor, especially in solutions containing H2S and lead, mercury, and silver ions. Even if the pressure and temperature change continuously for a long time, the potential stability of the reference electrode can be ensured. The patented porous permeable Teflon reference liquid prevents clogging and chemical damage.

The sensor cable has an embedded preamplifier to ensure stable and reliable transmission of pH measurement signals. The transmitter supplies power to the preamplifier. When the transmitter does not have sufficient power supply, a self-excited preamplifier can also be selected. The capillary temperature sensor design places the temperature sensor inside the pH sensitive membrane to ensure fast and accurate temperature measurement and compensation.

The 1 "NPT shell allows the sensor to be installed inside a standard 1" NPT tube or for immersion installation. It can be installed with materials such as CPVC or 316SS, and other materials can be selected for the sensor housing.
