The core of MDO3000 is a mature and reliable Tektronix oscilloscope with a basic spectrum analyzer and digital voltmeter. Then, you can customize according to the testing requirements. Adding 16 logical channels, a 50 MHz arbitrary waveform/function generator, protocol analysis, and an extended 3 GHz spectrum analyzer can help meet the requirements of current and future complex designs.
