The MELD-II SF6 intelligent precision dew point meter is suitable for measuring the dew point value of SF6 gas, and can also measure the dew point value of air, nitrogen, inert gases, and any non corrosive gases. It is particularly suitable for departments such as power, petrochemicals, metallurgy, environmental protection, and research institutes, and has a high cost performance ratio.
This instrument is developed and designed based on the national power industry standard DL/T506-2007 "Measurement Method for Humidity of Insulation Gas in SF6 Electrical Equipment", using imported high-precision dew point sensors and updated digital circuit control technology. It is a high-precision intelligent instrument for measuring the trace moisture content in SF6 gas.
This instrument adopts intelligent self calibration technology, with a wide measurement range, fast response speed, high accuracy, good linearity, and dynamic display of measurement curves. At the same time, this instrument also comes with an automatic dryer, which can greatly shorten the measurement time.

(1) High stability: Under severe interference conditions, the measurement data can remain stable within a range of ± 0.5 ℃ and has excellent long-term stability with good repeatability.
(2) High precision: Equipped with original imported high-performance dew point sensors and high-speed 12 bit ∑ - Δ AD analog-to-digital converters, the higher resolution reaches 0.1 ℃, fully meeting practical measurement requirements. Accurate and reliable measurement results are achieved within the full range, with a wide measurement range, fast response speed, and stable and reliable measurement results.
(3) Intelligence: Self calibration upon startup, the sensor probe can automatically calibrate the zero point, eliminating system errors caused by zero drift and ensuring measurement accuracy.
(4) Multiple protection: Equipped with an oil filter device, it is not affected by dust particles and most chemical pollutants, and can provide anti oil protection for sensors, making it extremely suitable for use in industrial environments. The dryer can effectively protect the dew point sensor probe and extend the service life of the sensor.
(5) Fast gas saving: After starting up and entering the measurement state, the dew point value measurement time is 3-5 minutes. The first time requires drying the pipeline and sensors, which takes slightly longer.
