The MICRACUT 202 precision cutting machine has advanced technology and software, equipped with a programmable HMI touch screen controller, which improves work efficiency, ensures sample consistency, and greatly reduces operator intervention. The control of the X/Y/Z axis can also be achieved using an ergonomic joystick, providing stable and precise positioning.
Cutting parameters:
The LCD touch screen can pre select cutting force and cutting feed speed (0005-3mm/sec). The feed rate is automatically adjustable, and if it needs to be reduced, it can achieve perfect cutting and prevent sample and machine damage. Pulse cutting mode is a standard feature for cutting superhard samples. The adjustable range of cutting wheel speed is 300-4000rpm.
Multi slice cutting:
The optional X-axis automatic worktable can perform parallel cutting of samples through programming. It can be cut into samples of the same thickness or samples of different thicknesses.
Programmable stop position:
MICRACUT 202 has three different stop modes: stop at the cutting end point when the sample is cut, stop at the cutting start point when it returns to the starting point after cutting, and stop at the reset point when the machine is initialized
database
The database can store 99 sets of programs, including relevant sample names or numbers and corresponding cutting parameters. And list the cutting consumables recommended by METKON for selection.
