The DIGIPREP Plan automatic coarse grinding machine is designed for the first step of initial flat grinding of very large samples or a large number of samples in a sample rack. It can quickly and efficiently provide high-quality specimen grinding surfaces, thereby saving time for subsequent precision grinding and polishing steps. A sample fixture seat with a diameter of 145mm can be used to prepare a 150mm diameter sample in less than one minute with minimal grinding stone trimming.
The FORCI Plan rough grinding machine is designed for initial rough grinding of a large number of specimens on the specimen fixture seat. It is fast, efficient, and can provide high-quality sample surfaces, thereby saving time for subsequent precision grinding and polishing steps. A 130mm specimen fixture seat can prepare a grinding wheel with a diameter of 150mm in less than one minute using minimal auxiliary materials.
