This device is mainly used for gas supply drying and circulating drying in industries such as power systems, warehouses, packaging, and electronics, replacing the traditional transformer hot oil circulating drying method.
Suitable for supplying dry air during the maintenance of large power equipment such as transformers and reactors. The provided dry air can ensure that the internal insulation of the power equipment is not affected by moisture, and maintenance personnel will not lack oxygen while working inside the equipment. Compared to using nitrogen, it is safer, more reliable, economical, and convenient. When using a dry air generator for equipment maintenance, it is not affected by changes in external climate conditions, especially for overnight operations. Only the flanges need to be sealed and filled with dry air at 0.1-0.3 MPa, without the need for oil injection. Transformers, reactors, etc. will also not be affected by moisture, reducing the daily workload of oil pumping and injection, achieving the effect of shortening maintenance period and improving maintenance quality. During the oil filtration process, the oil injection equipment casing and oil can be inflated and dried to improve the oil filtration efficiency by more than double. When filtering oil on rainy days, it can ensure improved oil insulation and reduced moisture content, and can be used as indoor air conditioning for construction sites when idle.

◆ MEXQ-120 Dry Air Generator Product Composition:
The series of dry air generators mainly consists of an air compressor, a refrigeration unit, an adsorber, a three-stage precision dry air filter, an electronic control system, a pressure reducing valve, a dew point meter, and other parts. The compressed air enters the pre cooler for cooling and then enters the centrifugal dehydration filter for the first water gas separation. It then enters the refrigeration machine for deep condensation dehydration, where most of the water gas is condensed into water. The air undergoes a second coalescence dehydration filter and then enters the renewable dry air filter to adsorb the remaining water gas. After adsorption dehydration, the dry air enters the 0.01 μ m high-precision filter to remove particles and is transported to the equipment that requires dry gas through a pressure regulator valve to ensure that the insulation strength of the transformer is not reduced by impurities. The dew point detector detects the dew point of the air and gives an alarm when the air is not qualified.
