The MEY6070E three-phase AC/DC multifunctional calibration device is one of the high-precision multifunctional standard source [source meter integrated portable calibration device] series products developed and updated by our company. The core technology of this device is ARM+FPGA; High speed and high-precision D/A converter and direct digital synthesis technology (DDS). The product is equipped with high-precision parameter standards and adopts analog closed-loop feedback and digital PID regulation, so that the output voltage, current, frequency, phase, power, electric energy (options), etc. are set as long-term stable tracking data. The device has the characteristics of high precision, stable and reliable operation, and convenient and flexible operation.
Main functions and characteristics of multifunctional electrical measuring instrument calibration device
• It can verify the basic errors of various electricity meters in the power system, including energy meters (options), voltmeters, ammeters, power meters, frequency meters, power factor meters, phase meters, as well as changes caused by factors such as voltage, current, waveform, and power factor.
The power supply section can generate distorted waves with 2-32nd harmonics, and the number, order, amplitude, and phase of harmonics on the fundamental wave can be programmed.
Adopting high-precision and high-power precision operational amplifiers, with a working frequency band of 40Hz-1kHz and good linearity. Dual output protection ensures high fidelity and high impact resistance of the output signal.
Equipped with RS-232 interface and USB (optional) interface. Controlled by a PC, this device can inspect various instruments and process and manage the results.
