MEYS-605B Insulation Oil PH Tester
Automatically complete functions such as heating, constant temperature, oscillation, sampling, testing, cleaning, printing, etc Measurement range: PH=
Product details
◆
The insulation oil pH tester is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T7598-2008 of the People's Republic of China, which specifies the method for determining the solubility of oil and water in transformers during operation and related standards. Adopting a large screen LCD display and controlled by a microprocessor, the instrument can automatically complete functions such as heating, constant temperature, oscillation, sampling, testing, cleaning, printing, etc. according to the user's set conditions. It can measure 1-3 samples at once, greatly reducing the user's testing time. The instrument also has a USB interface for communication with a computer.
Preparation method of PH indicator for insulation oil PH tester
1. Bromocresol Green: Grind 0.1g of Bromocresol Green with 7.5ml of 0.02mol/L sodium hydroxide and dilute to 250ml with desalinated water. Adjust the pH value to 4.5-5.4 with 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid
2. Bromocresol Purple: Dissolve 0.1g of Bromocresol Purple in 9.25ml of 0.02mol/L sodium hydroxide and dilute to 250ml with desalinated water. Adjust the pH value to 6.0 with 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid
Maintenance and Precautions for MEYS-605B Insulation Oil PH Tester
1. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the pipeline should be cleaned. Replace the three sample conical bottles with anhydrous ethanol and click on the system cleaning button to clean the three pipelines separately;
2. Before testing, it is important to ensure that the conical flask is tightly compressed, otherwise it may be damaged during the oscillation process;
3. Before testing, please check that the stainless steel suction tube on the test rubber stopper of the conical bottle must be at the bottom of the cup to prevent the suction tube from pulling out the oil sample together, affecting the test results, and contaminating the testing pipeline;
4. Be sure to keep the conical flask and test cup clean and maintain a neutral pH value for more accurate test results;
5. During the testing process, it is necessary to prevent the test solution from being scattered inside the instrument, which may affect the testing components;
6. If there is no need to conduct a laboratory test after the test is completed, please replace the working cover of the indicator with a sealed cover and keep it in a cool and dark place.
