MFS thermal flow sensor

High precision liquid mass flow sensor/Microfluidic Flow Sensor (MFS) is used for monitoring ultra-low flow rates. Equipped with M8 electrical connections, it can be directly controlled through Elveflow software. In addition, this flow sensor has 5 different range options and high chemical compatibility.

1. Calibrate flow rate from 0.07 μ L/min to 5000 μ L/min

2. Sensor response time: 40 ms

3. Resolution as low as 1.5 pL/s

Application scope:

1. Cooperate with OB1 flow controller to achieve direct flow control.
