Product Description:
The MGGH system (MediaGGH) uses water as a medium to absorb the heat of high-temperature flue gas before desulfurization through water circulation, which is used to heat the purified flue gas after desulfurization, increase the temperature of the purified flue gas, raise the height of flue gas emissions, and reduce the ground concentration of pollutants. The MGGH system consists of two heat exchangers, a flue gas cooler (Flue Gas Cooler) and a flue gas reheater (Flue Gas Reheater), equipped with circulating water pumps and corresponding water pipelines. The system is also equipped with stabilizing, dosing, and replenishing devices to ensure safe and stable operation of the system.
MGGH technology principle:
Indirect heat exchange uses water to absorb heat from high-temperature flue gas and release heat from the tail flue gas, heating the flue gas at the front outlet of the sulfur tower to 75-80 ℃ to meet environmental requirements such as temperature and humidity, and eliminating the "white smoke" at the chimney outlet.
Advantages of MGGH system:
It is an upgraded replacement product for traditional GGH, overcoming the shortcomings of rotary GGH such as easy blockage and difficult cleaning.
