MHB-3000 Digital Brinell Hardness Tester
The MHB-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester adopts a precision mechanical mechanism and a microcomputer controlled closed-loop system. It is an integrated product of light, machine, and electricity. The instrument eliminates weights and uses electric loading and unloading test force, which is fed back by a pressure sensor with a precision of 0.5 ‰. It is controlled by the CPU and can automatically compensate for the loss of test force during the test. The instrument is connected to an external digital micrometer eyepiece, and the indentation can be directly measured and input through the micrometer eyepiece without the need to check the table or enter the diagonal length of the indentation. The hardness value, test force, test force holding time, and indentation length can be displayed directly on the LCD screen, with accurate readings and convenient operation.
