MIPEX-02 IR gas sensor
Used for detecting methane/hydrocarbons/carbon dioxide
With over 15 years of design and manufacturing experience, we are proud to announce that we have created an excellent product - MIPEX infrared gas sensor. The MIPEX series sensors have revolutionized the combustible gas market.
The MIPEX-02 sensor based on optical technology consumes an average of less than 5mW, which brings new significance to the design of cutting-edge products for detecting hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide. Using MIPEX sensors in your device can make your ideas come true.
MIPEX-02 is a second-generation MIPEX infrared gas sensor with NDIR working principle. The sensor includes LEDs with optimized spectral and signal processing algorithms, optical systems, specially designed photodiodes, embedded temperature sensors, and electronic devices for signal processing. Provide communication with instrument electronic devices through a digital UART interface.
The MIPEX-02 sensor is an experimentally proven sensor that has been used in portable and fixed combustible gas detectors, suitable for mining and above ground applications. Now you have a core part that you can completely rely on.
Sensor characteristics
• Ultra low power consumption - less than 5 mW
• Wide measurement range up to 100% vol methane
• Performance meets CSA requirements (optional)
• Less affected by humidity - almost no reaction under non condensing conditions up to 98% humidity
• Maintain long-term stability and easy calibration
Internally includes a microcontroller and a digital UART interface
• Tolerant to "toxic" gases in catalytic sensors
The highest level of intrinsic safety explosion-proof "ia"
• No sintering
