During use, it is not allowed to affect the downstream communication of the electricity information collection system, and the testing process should not be interfered with by the communication of the collection system. During the testing process, the concentrator and other collection devices should not be powered off.
  • The appearance and volume of the instrument should be suitable for on-site testing applications. It should be small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, and easy to carry. When in use, one click testing should be used, with the characteristics of simple and convenient use.
  • The number of instruments can be configured flexibly and can be set freely through the interface, thus achieving user identification of multiple distribution transformers (switches) power supply areas under complex conditions.
  • The branch of the station area has functions such as connecting households, and both the extension and the host have automatic storage functions, with a storage capacity of 100 pieces of data for each type. Data can be exported through a USB flash drive and generated into an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Automatic recording function, after inserting the USB flash drive, can automatically record and store all electrical parameters and positive and negative active and reactive energy for a long time. It can record power and related parameters for up to 100000 time periods, with a minimum storage time interval of 10 seconds. The data can be copied to the computer through the USB flash drive and imported into EXCEL software to form a long-term storage table for easy inspection of the on-site operation status. After starting storage, even if it is restarted after power failure or interference, it will automatically enter the storage interface to perform storage work, mainly used for main and branch power inspection.
  • Multi zone one-time identification function: Place one instrument at each adjacent transformer (supporting up to 8 transformers and 24 branches) and label it with the corresponding serial number. The other instrument is tested at the energy meter to directly determine the transformer and phase to which the tested energy meter belongs.
  • Phase detection function: The instrument should be able to have phase measurement function when in use, that is, the test results of the user's handheld instrument should be able to display the phase (A phase, B phase or C phase) of the measured meter. For instruments under transformers, the phase of the user's handheld instrument should be displayed. When the extension on the user side sends, regardless of whether the neutral and live wires are reversed, the result must be correctly judged and displayed.
  • Measurement function for branch lines in the same station area: The instrument can accurately measure the branch ownership relationship of branch boxes and electric meters. The use of zero line pulse current detection increases the number of branches that can be detected simultaneously, and reduces the number of operational steps compared to same phase line current detection. A single unit can simultaneously detect 3 branches, and a combination of multiple units can simultaneously detect 24 branches.
  • Protection function: The instrument should have self-protection function during use. For example, if the instrument accidentally connects to the line voltage during wiring, the instrument should ensure that the product is not damaged and provide a prompt for the misconnection situation, and the instrument cannot perform testing operations.
  • Phase sequence judgment function: The instrument can judge the true phase sequence of the three-phase power supply wiring of the on-site meter or concentrator, and display "positive sequence" or "reverse sequence" in the measurement interface.
