DLT 976-2005 "Preventive Testing Regulations for Live Working Tools, Devices, and Equipment" has strict regulations on the electrical testing of insulated boom trucks, with a testing period of 6 months. At the same time, power frequency withstand voltage tests must be conducted on the insulated upper arm, insulated lower arm, insulated outer wall, insulated inner lining, and insulated lifting arm. During the experiment, there should be no flashover, no breakdown, and no obvious heating. The insulated upper arm also requires a leakage current not exceeding 400 microamperes.

Main functional features of MOEN-3670DB insulation bucket arm test system:
1. The instrument testing method complies with the requirements of DLT976 "Preventive Testing Regulations for Live Working Tools, Equipment and Devices" and DLT1476 "Preventive Testing Regulations for Power Safety Tools and Instruments".
2. The test bench adopts an integrated design of manual and automatic control, which can be completed by a computer for all automatic control functions. The automatic testing function can also be completed by turning off the computer and using a test bench.
3. When using computer control, the test voltage and 8-channel leakage current curves can be displayed in real time.
4. The test process is fully automated, with a speed of 1kV/S below 75% of the test voltage and 0.1kV/S above 75% of the test voltage. The test voltage is maintained, and the automatic voltage drop is recorded and the leakage current is recorded. After returning to zero, the power is automatically cut off and a prompt is given, and the test is completed.
5. The equipment has overcurrent, overvoltage, and breakdown protection.
6. The experimental equipment is equipped with a high-voltage hazard warning light display.
7. The instrument adopts a large screen LCD Chinese character display, which displays parameters such as output voltage, input current, high-voltage leakage current, timing time, and Chinese character prompts on one screen.
8. The test bench is equipped with a micro printer that can print test results at any time.
