The MOEN-8050/35 portable transformer calibration device is a new generation portable transformer calibration instrument developed by our company. It is an ideal testing equipment for power measurement in departments such as power systems, metallurgy, railways, and chemical engineering. The device is easy to carry and has simple wiring, which improves the testing efficiency during indoor and outdoor experimental operations.

1. Priority hardware architecture. Using high-performance 32-bit floating-point DSP and high-performance A/D chip to achieve precise signal calculation.
2. Rich and practical testing function modules to meet the testing needs of numerous users. It can be used alone or in conjunction with our company's latest high-speed transformer calibration bench.
3. Adopting high-resolution large screen LCD display, the Chinese menu operation interface is more friendly and beautiful, and the user-friendly interface design makes the operation more convenient and fast.
4. The entire instrument adopts a plastic profile chassis, with a small internal volume, light weight, and easy portability.
5. Set the software and hardware dual alarm function to have a high safety factor.
The MOEN-8050/35 portable transformer calibration device adopts a metal frame structure inside, and the entire instrument is installed in a plastic profile chassis. The power switch, LCD display screen, wiring terminals, and operation keys are all placed on the panel. This instrument has convenient wiring, strong anti-interference ability, easy portability, and is suitable for on-site and laboratory use. The reference signal and the difference signal enter their respective channels through the signal input section. The signals are amplified, filtered, and A/D converted in their respective channels before entering the DSP. The signal is subjected to FIR digital filtering and Fourier algorithm to obtain the benchmark percentage value, angular difference, and ratio difference. The measurement data is transmitted to the computer through a communication port for the computer to print and issue a calibration certificate. When connected to the calibration station, the RS485 communication port sends control signals to the calibration station to control the rise and fall of the electronic voltage regulator and the switching of the calibrated transformer position and standard.
