The MOEN-M4 SF6 gas decomposition analyzer is used to simultaneously monitor four decomposition products, SO2+SOF2, H2S, HF, and CO, and can quickly detect and determine early faults inside SF6 electrical equipment (circuit breakers, transformers, transformers, GIS, and bushings, etc.) on site.
The faults of SF6 electrical equipment are divided into internal faults of the body and faults of the operating mechanism; Internal faults involving solid insulation pose a greater threat to equipment safety, and can be divided into two categories: discharge and overheating. Discharge type faults are further divided into floating potential discharge, ground discharge, and inter turn discharge.
At present, commonly used electrical tests both domestically and internationally are usually conducted during power outages, and the detection rate is lower for insulation that poses a greater threat to safety. The SF6 decomposition product detector produced by our company is intelligent, with high sensitivity, stability, and easy operation.
