Lightweight series resonance

Product Introduction
Transformer, GIS system, SF6 switch CT/PT、 Insulators, sleeves, busbars, cables and other capacitive equipment are the most common electrical devices in substations. According to the requirements of the voltage withstand test regulations for primary electrical equipment in substations of 750kV and below, the corresponding AC/DC voltage withstand test equipment should meet both high voltage and low current test conditions, as well as low voltage and high current test conditions, which takes into account a wide range of applications.
Long cables and large capacity specimens require large capacity AC testing equipment. We apply the principle of resonance to this, that is, selecting appropriate reactors and cables in series, using a frequency adjustable power supply, boosting the circuit through a step-up transformer, adjusting the power frequency, causing resonance in the circuit and generating high voltage at the end of the cable to achieve the experimental purpose.

Series resonance consists of a variable frequency power supply, excitation transformer, reactor, voltage divider, and compensation capacitor. The variable frequency power supply is a patented product with unique low harmonic patented technology, far below the national standard requirement of no more than 5%, greatly protecting equipment such as main transformers and generators from high-voltage harmonic damage.


Characteristics of Lightweight Series Resonant Products
1. Variable frequency power supply has the ability to resist electric field interference, and under strong electric field interference, the measurement accuracy and control protection meet the requirements. It has good magnetic shielding, and the components and leads are shielded with high magnetic conductivity materials, without spatial radiation. Input voltage protection, bridge arm voltage protection, overvoltage protection, short circuit (overcurrent) protection, breakdown flashover protection, zero position protection, power curve protection, power outage protection, detuning protection, overtemperature protection, efficacy protection, cooling fan linkage protection, control box full isolation operation safety protection, phase angle protection, transportation seismic protection, output voltage limit function protection, frequency converter overload protection.
2. Static shielding layers are installed between the high and low voltage windings and the iron core. The device adopts a new design principle, with a small volume and light weight, serving as both an excitation transformer and an isolation transformer. A lifting device that can withstand the total weight of the transformer.
3. The internal structure of the transformer remains in the same position after normal railway and road transportation, and the fasteners do not loosen. There are reliable grounding bolts, and there are obvious grounding symbols or markings at the grounding point;
4. The reactor adopts a through channel structure, which improves the heat dissipation effect of the device by 40%. The umbrella skirt structure along the surface increases the flashover voltage by 25%; The inner core enameled wire winding, imported epoxy resin, integrated integral structure pouring, has sufficient electrical and mechanical strength, provides necessary heat dissipation capacity, and has a margin for oil thermal expansion and contraction. Compared with ordinary material equipment, its service life is 30% longer.


Light series resonant test object and applicable scope
1. AC withstand voltage test for 0.5km of 110kV/300mm ² cable, capacitance ≤ 0.0735uF, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 128kV, test time 60min.
2. AC withstand voltage test for 2km 35kV/300mm ² cable, capacitance ≤ 0.389uF, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 52kV, test time 60min.
3. 10kV/300mm2 cable 5km AC withstand voltage test, capacitance ≤ 1.88uF, test frequency 30-300Hz, test voltage 22kV, test time 5min.
4. AC withstand voltage test for neutral point of 110kV/63000kVA main transformer, capacitance ≤ 0.02uF, test frequency 45~65Hz, test voltage 80kV, test time 1min.
5. AC withstand voltage test for 110kV switches and GIS, with a test frequency of 30-300Hz, a test voltage not exceeding 265kV, and a test time of 1 minute.
6. AC withstand voltage test for 35kV switches and GIS, with a test frequency of 30-300Hz, a test voltage not exceeding 95kV, and a test time of 1 minute.
