-Working principle:
Residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide probe: using the principle of constant voltage measurement, with a three electrode structure (working electrode, counter electrode, and reference electrode), and integrating pH glass electrode and PT100 temperature electrode to solve the pH and temperature compensation of residual chlorine measurement under complex working conditions;
Turbidity probe: The light source adopts warm white LED (color temperature 3200K), which measures the turbidity of water based on the 90 ° scattering principle and meets the EPA-180.1 standard;
-Application industry:
● Secondary water supply
Rural drinking water
-Instrument features:
● Three parameter composite residual chlorine/chlorine dioxide electrode, achieving a probe output of residual chlorine (chlorine dioxide), pH, and temperature values. The electrode is equipped with dual parameter compensation for temperature and pH, using a unique algorithm to reduce the impact of temperature and flow rate on residual chlorine and pH values. Electrode implementation system without membrane or filling liquid; Used under drinking water conditions with low maintenance.
The turbidity sensor uses an LED detection light source that complies with the USEPA 180.1 standard color temperature, which is an approved method under USEPA 40 CFR 141.74 (a) (1). The highest resolution can reach 0.001NTU, and it runs stably for a long time.
The instrument is pre calibrated before leaving the factory, easy to install, easy to operate, and can be equipped with conductivity and ORP probes.
The installation of the instrument takes up a small area, is easy to maintain, and has low professional requirements for operators.
