DESCRIPTION

MT-270The round bottle automatic labeling machine uses self-adhesive roll labeling paper, and the labeling is done by rolling. It can be equipped with automatic bottle feeding and receiving devices to complete the bottle placement, labeling, and receiving procedures in one go. It can also be equipped with a printing machine to synchronously complete label printing.

This machine adopts computer fiber optic control, synchronous tracking, and labeling is controlled by a mutual inductance stepper motor to ensure that the labeling speed is synchronized with the bottle rolling speed of the automated packaging machinery. It is a modern electromechanical integrated product with excellent and reliable working performance.

◆It has automatic shutdown function, production counting function, power saving function (when there is no production within the set time, the equipment automatically switches to power-saving standby mode), production number setting prompt function, parameter setting protection function (parameter setting is managed by permission), which facilitates production management.
