Working principle of buried scraper conveyor: When the buried scraper conveyor is horizontally conveyed, the material is subjected to the pressure of the scraper chain in the direction of movement and the weight of the material itself, generating internal friction between the materials. This frictional force stabilizes the state between the material layers and is sufficient to overcome the external frictional force generated by the movement of the material in the machine slot, allowing the material to form a continuous and integral flow and be transported.
When the buried scraper conveyor is vertically lifted, the material is subjected to the pressure of the scraper chain in the direction of movement, which generates lateral pressure in the material and forms the internal friction force of the material. At the same time, due to the continuous feeding of the lower horizontal section, the lower material successively exerts a pushing force on the upper material. This frictional and pushing force is sufficient to overcome the external frictional resistance generated by the movement of materials in the machine slot and the weight of the materials themselves, forming a continuous and integral material flow and being lifted.
