1、 Overview

This is because magnetic flip type dual color level gauges have the advantages of intuitive and eye-catching display, wide viewing angle (adjustable direction of the gauge board), compact and reasonable structure, safety and reliability, no "running, emitting, dripping, leaking" phenomenon, small maintenance volume (tube material 1C18Ni9Ti, 304, TA2), long service life, and low maintenance costs.
2、 Working principle
　Magnetic flip plate dual color liquid level gaugeIt uses a magnetic float as the sensing element, and reflects the measured liquid level or interface through the magnetic coupling effect between the magnetic float and the magnetic body in the display color column. The principle of connected tube is applied to ensure that the liquid level between the measured container and the measuring tube is equal. When the float in the measuring tube changes by the same amount as the measured liquid level, the magnetic body in the float interacts with the magnetic body in the display color column on the display panel, causing the color column to flip. White indicates no liquid, and red indicates liquid, in order to achieve the numerical display of the liquid level on site.

Principle: When the magnetic float changes with the liquid level, the float moves up and down. At a certain position, the magnetic material in the float makes a reed switch conductive, and the sensor has a fixed resistance value. Therefore, the magnitude of the sensing resistance value can be proportional to the measured liquid level, so that the magnitude of the resistance value can indicate the high or low level of the measured liquid level.
