4、 Technical principles
The biggest highlight of this product design is how to perfectly combine the functionality and practicality of the product. Design the size of the floating component based on the total weight of the filter material and the barrel, and design the floating component as a large cavity composed of multiple small cavities. This way, by adjusting the connection between the small cavities and the air, the buoyancy density of different types and filter materials can be adjusted in turn. The product is based on the control theory of water flow characteristics and the principle of gravity, and achieves the treatment of raw water through multi-layer components, treatment units, and slow filtration technology.
The processing procedure is as follows: when the raw water flows through the primary filtration component, it sequentially passes through magnets and fiber balls(30MM)ThePPCotton and fiber balls(100MM)、SR4000ZYDuring the initial filtration process, the molecular chain structure of water is changed from chain molecules to single molecules, removing suspended solids, sediment, and colloids from the water.
When the raw water flows through the main processing unit, the core components——The filter layer material of the main processing unit comes into contact with water through physical and chemical reactions——Iron, manganese, fluoride, and arsenic ions in water are removed by adsorption and exchange of filter media, ensuring that the excessive ion content in the water meets the national drinking water hygiene standards.
5、 Process flow
(1) The primary filter of this processing equipment mainly serves to filter visible impurities and control water flow rate. Untreated water seeps into the lower opening of the primary filter element and undergoes layer by layer filtration inside the filter element to achieve the purpose of removing impurities; At the same time, the fiber balls and internal layer filters also play a good role in controlling the water flow rate.
(2)The main water treatment unit is the main part of the product's functional implementation. Filter materials with different functions are filled according to different models, and the filling materials here are specially formulated for the water quality in different places. It can ensure the realization of water quality treatment function while meeting the long-term effectiveness of treatment capacity.
(3)The force constant floating component is the main component that determines the power free nature of the product. This component has one on each side of the water storage tank, and each one has three small chambers. At the beginning, water only seeps into the water storage tank from bottom to top through hierarchical filtration under the gravity of the product. When the water level line continues to rise and gradually crosses the lower edge of the floating component, the air compressed by water and gradually increasing in pressure inside the floating component can generate increasing buoyancy. This buoyancy eventually reaches equilibrium with the product's gravity, ensuring that the product can stay at a certain water level without sinking to the bottom of the water.
(4)The water stored in the water storage tank of the raw water treatment equipment can be taken and reused continuously, so this product can fully meet the needs of household drinking water.
In addition, different filter media are filled for filtration according to the different water quality in different regions to achieve its functionality. Water treatment materials will reach adsorption saturation within a certain period of time. At this time, a specially developed strong rejuvenator can be used to rinse the filter material, which can achieve regeneration and be reused repeatedly. Therefore, the processing equipment can achieve long-term use effects.
