Structure Introduction
ZW7-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with CT19BW operating mechanism, which realizes the opening and closing functions of the circuit breaker through the transmission device. LZZBJ-35 current transformer (fully enclosed) is selected for metering and relay protection. The number of coils, transformation ratio, and accuracy can be customized according to user requirements; FJ-01 (6901) high-voltage circuit breaker insulation grease is selected to strengthen the external insulation of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and current transformer, thereby expanding the range of use of the circuit breaker.
Working principle
ZW7-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker structure is a porcelain pillar type. The upper porcelain bottle is an arc extinguishing chamber porcelain bottle, which is equipped with a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, and the lower porcelain bottle is a pillar porcelain column. The three-phase porcelain bottles are installed on one structural box. The moving end of the arc extinguishing chamber is connected to the output shaft of the spring mechanism through a crank arm and an isolation rod. The connecting rod between the spring mechanism and the circuit breaker is housed in a waterproof mechanism box. This product mainly consists of a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, a current transformer, a transmission mechanism, and a spring operated mechanism.
Introduction to Vacuum Tube
The ZW7-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, which has a very high vacuum degree. Due to the CuCr50 material used as the contact of the arc extinguishing chamber and the cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field structure, it has the advantages of large breaking capacity, high insulation level, strong arc extinguishing ability, long service life, small size, simple maintenance, no explosion hazard, no pollution, and low noise. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is installed inside the upper porcelain bottle, which not only avoids many drawbacks caused by oil flushing and SF6 gas filling, but also makes maintenance and repair more convenient. The insulation material silicone ester is filled between the arc extinguishing chamber and the porcelain bottle to solve the problem of anti condensation. This insulation material has good insulation performance, aging resistance, outdoor resistance, and high temperature resistance.
Arc extinguishing principle
When the moving and stationary contacts are energized and disconnected under the action of the operating mechanism, a vacuum arc will be generated between the contacts. At the same time, due to the special structure of the contacts, an appropriate longitudinal magnetic field is generated in the gap between the contacts, which keeps the vacuum arc diffusion type and maintains a low arc voltage. When the current naturally crosses zero, residual ions, electrons, and metal vapor can recombine or condense on the contact surface and shielding cover in microseconds. The dielectric insulation strength of the arc extinguishing chamber fracture is quickly restored, and the arc is extinguished, achieving the purpose of breaking.
