Based on the water quality characteristics of domestic sewage and engineering practice experience, the process of "regulating tank+A/A/O biological contact oxidation tank+sedimentation tank+MBR membrane filtration+clean water tank+disinfection" is adopted.

(1) Regulating pool: It is a vertical flow regulating pool used for regulating water quality and quantity.

(2) Biological contact oxidation tank: Water in the regulating tank flows automatically to the contact oxidation tank for biochemical treatment

(3) Sedimentation tank: After biochemical treatment, the sewage flows to the secondary sedimentation tank, which is a parallel operation of two vertical flow sedimentation tanks. MBR membrane filtration is located in the sedimentation tank.

(4) Clear water tank: In the clear water tank, disinfection process is carried out, and chlorine dioxide dosing device is used for automatic operation.

(5) Sludge tank: All sludge from the regulating tank and sedimentation tank is lifted into the sludge tank by air for digestion. After digestion, there is very little remaining sludge, and a suction truck is used to transport it out by inserting it into the bottom of the sludge tank through the holes.

(6) Fan room and fan: The fan is located above the disinfection area, and the inlet is equipped with double-layer sound insulation, mufflers, and fan filters, so that it operates without noise.

(2) When the water level reaches 1/2 of the height of the equipment during initial use and debugging, stop water intake, open the inlet valve of the fan to start the fan, and then open the outlet valve of the fan.

(3) Regularly observe the domestication of activated sludge until it can circulate normally.

(4) Observe the flow state of the water in the sedimentation tank. Generally, the sludge must be discharged every 24 hours. When discharging, open the sludge discharge solenoid valve and use air lifting to lift the sludge in the sedimentation tank to the sludge tank.

(5) Add disinfectant to the chlorine dioxide dosing device as needed, partially dissolving the agent to achieve the purpose of disinfection.

(6) Regularly test the water quality of the effluent to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
