Scope of application:

1. Used for the treatment of industrial wastewater in papermaking, slaughtering, leather, sugar production, brewing, food processing, textiles, printing and dyeing, petrochemicals, etc., to remove solid substances such as suspended solids, floating solids, and sediments;

2. Used for recycling useful substances such as fibers and slag in industries such as papermaking, alcohol, starch, and food processing;

3. Used as a substitute for primary sedimentation tanks in urban sewage treatment.

Mechanical grille structure:

The floating objects in the treated water are filtered by the grid basket and trapped inside the basket. On the grid surface, as the amount of trapped pollutants increases, the filtering area gradually decreases and the head loss gradually increases. When the water level difference between the inside and outside of the basket reaches the set value, the cleaning rake automatically rotates to comb out the grid slag and unloads it into the slag collection hopper in the grid basket. It is lifted by the bottom screw conveyor, and the slag is drained while flowing upwards. When it reaches the top pressing section, it is squeezed and dehydrated, and the solid content after dehydration can reach about 40%. It is then stored in a slag container and transported for treatment.
