1. The unique horn shaped column head is superior to traditional sieve plate design, based on the principle of mixing samples, making sample distribution more uniform, effectively increasing the sample loading volume, and improving separation efficiency. The sample size should be at least 5 times that of a regular high-pressure HPLC preparation column of the same model.
2. Replacing the sieve plate with a nozzle, especially for solid sampling, can effectively prevent damage to the column bed caused by high mobile phase line velocity.
3. The stainless steel jacket with inner lining glass tube replaces the traditional six way valve quantitative ring, which is particularly beneficial for the separation and preparation of high concentration samples, completely eliminating the phenomenon of high concentration samples blocking the valve interface.
4. The characteristic column glass has a performance comparable to stainless steel material. By coupling the chromatographic column and pump system through an adapter, it is possible to complete chromatographic preparation operations from low pressure to high pressure.
5. Fill with 35 micron C18 packing, and one system can complete the daily separation and purification of over 95% of various organic compounds.
