    Each part has the following advantages:
    Host rack:Adopting gray iron integral casting, it has high strength, good rigidity, and can effectively absorb the vibration generated by the impact sample, making the equipment run more smoothly. After the casting is completed, it is clamped and processed in one go on the CNC machining center to avoid cumulative processing errors caused by multiple clamping, with high accuracy, low equipment energy loss, and accurate measurement results.
    Jaw device:The parallelogram structure strictly meets the standard requirements for key dimensions and comes with a calibration certificate. It can be used repeatedly four times by changing the orientation, with a long service life and unchanged span.     Transmission system:Special precision bearings for pendulum, high precision, low energy loss, specially customized tooth embedded clutch, optimized tooth profile design, smooth separation and coupling process, long service life.     Braking device:Disc brake has the advantages of fast braking speed, no axial force, and low noise. It is designed with normally closed control and automatically brakes after power failure, ensuring safe operation of the equipment.
    Sample recycling device: A high-quality rubber belt driven by a rotating motor is used as the sample recycling device. The testing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protective net. After the sample impact is completed, the broken sample falls onto the recycling belt. The recycling device will automatically operate after the impact is completed, taking the waste sample out of the testing machine to prevent testing personnel from entering the testing machine to recycle the waste sample. This not only improves work efficiency but also enhances the safety of testing personnel.
    Safety protection device:New exterior design, fully enclosed aluminum alloy structure, more beautiful appearance, equipped with access control switch.
