High voltage test transformers are basic testing equipment used by power plants, power supply bureaus, and research institutions for conducting AC withstand voltage tests. They have passed the standards of the National Quality Supervision Administration and are used to conduct insulation strength tests on various electrical products, electrical components, insulation materials, etc. under specified voltages, assess the insulation level of the products, discover insulation defects of the tested products, and measure the ability to withstand overvoltage.
Product principle
For single-phase transformers, the connection group is labeled as II. The working process of a single test transformer is to connect an AC 220V voltage (380V for 10KVA and above) to the power control box (unit), and adjust the voltage from 0 to 200V (0 to 400V for 10KVA and above) to the primary winding of the test transformer through a self coupling voltage regulator (attached to the regulator for 50KVA and above) inside the power control box (unit). According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the high voltage required for the test can be obtained in the high voltage winding of the test transformer.

4. Each connecting wire must not be connected incorrectly, especially the grounding wire must not be connected incorrectly. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the testing device.
5. When using this device, it outputs high or ultra-high voltage and must be reliably grounded. Pay attention to the safe distance during operation.
