Introduction:
1. The gas diffusion rubber plate of the membrane type microporous aerator is made of high-quality synthetic rubber. The diameter of the bubbles diffused by the rubber membrane is small, and the gas-liquid surface area is large. Therefore, it has a high mass transfer rate and high oxygenation efficiency. Compared with other current aeration devices, it can greatly save electricity consumption and reduce the operating cost of sewage treatment.
2. The rubber membrane has a large number of self closing holes when it is opened, which can automatically open and close mechanically during oxygenation and shutdown. Therefore, there are no problems such as hole blockage or contamination. At the same time, the air entering the aerator does not need to be purified by dust removal. When the aeration tank stops running, the sewage mixture will not backflow, which can reduce a lot of operating costs and maintenance workload.
3. Due to the fact that the membrane type microporous aerator can be fully distributed at the bottom of the aeration tank, the dissolved oxygen in the tank is uniform, making it suitable for various tank types and depths. It can also be modified to improve the efficiency of the original aeration tank.
4. Due to the fact that the gas diffusion plate of the membrane type micro aerator is made of high-quality rubber, it has excellent physical and mechanical properties. The tray, accessories, and air pipes are made of engineering plastics and polypropylene materials, which are not afraid of rust and greatly reduce the workload of operation and maintenance.
Basic structure:
The membrane type microporous aerator system is mainly composed of aerator base, upper spiral cover, air flow plate, synthetic rubber membrane and other components, all of which are made of first pass plastic. During assembly, the microporous membrane is simply placed on the air flow plate and inserted into the aerator base with sealing lines, and then tightened with the upper spiral cover.
The air pipeline is made of polypropylene or ABS engineering plastic pipe (depending on the user's needs), with 3/4 internal screw joint welded on top. The micro porous aeration head is directly screwed onto the air distribution pipeline, which is easy to install and use, and conducive to maintenance and repair.
