The Wallace H12 micro hardness tester is an accurate digital international hardness tester that can measure the international hardness value (IRHD) of small specimens, thin specimens, and O-rings made of rubber or rubber like materials. The optimized C-shaped design makes it convenient for operators to place and remove samples from the front and side of the machine, and complete testing with just one click. Frictionless load loading and high-precision linear sensors ensure accurate testing. The shockproof design of the base makes the instrument more stable.

Can test small samples, thin samples, O-rings, etc. Traditional hardness testing instruments are generally limited in their use by the flatness and area of the sample surface, and cannot meet the testing requirements for various shapes and sizes of samples available today. The Hua Lai Shi micro hardness tester overcomes this limitation with automatic surface detection technology, and can accurately perform hardness testing on the required test points, whether it is convex, concave, or any irregular surface.

Excellent structural design: The "C" - shaped structure design makes it easy for operators to enter, place, and remove samples from the front and sides. The installation of the pressure head is frictionless, and its position is sensed by LVDT, providing excellent sensitivity for the instrument. The adjustable anti vibration feet reduce the impact of external vibrations.

One click fully automatic operation: simply press the start button, and the instrument will automatically, accurately, and repeatedly record test results, saving more time than traditional modes. With simple training, new operators can quickly familiarize themselves with the operation and obtain correct readings.

The test results are accurate and stable, greatly reducing the influence of human factors.

Multiple sample tables are available for selection: used to place samples of different shapes and special clamping and fixing devices.

Free adjustment of measuring head height: The measuring head can be easily adjusted up and down through the buttons on the front panel to fit the height of the sample.

Optional standard rubber test blocks are used to check whether the instrument is functioning properly and whether the test data is accurate. These test blocks are made of high-quality rubber through formula manufacturing, which can resist the aging effects of temperature and time on hardness. They can be sent back to Hua Lai Shi Company for recalibration every year.
