Micro-Z Cl analyzer is a series of compact desktop single channel wavelength dispersive XRF analyzers designed for analyzing specific single elements. Due to the optimized configuration of optical components to specific single elements, the Micro-Z Cl ultra-low chlorine analyzer has very high accuracy and ultra-low detection limits.
The compact and user-friendly Micro-Z CI analyzer is specifically designed for detecting ultra-low chlorine content in liquid hydrocarbons such as gasoline, diesel, naphtha, aromatics, heavy oil, and crude oil.
For crude oil and residue samples, their total sulfur content is high, which can have a significant impact on the results of Cl. Micro-Z Cl has innovatively calibrated S using the S-K β angle at the measured BG position, achieving automatic S calibration that can be completed by one instrument.

sinceDynamic S correction
For the analysis of chlorine content in crude oil samples, the interference of high sulfur content on chlorine has long been a difficult problem for X-ray fluorescence analysis methods. The previous solution was to first use a sulfur analyzer to detect the sulfur content of the crude oil sample and then manually input it into the instrument for calibration, which was very cumbersome and required the cooperation of the sulfur analyzer. The Micro-Z Cl analyzer is based on Rigaku's patented Peak/BG technology, which uses S-K β angle to calibrate S at the measured BG position, achieving automatic S calibration that can be completed by one instrument.
