GWNBMicro nano aeration system
1、 Overview
The micro nano aeration system independently developed by Gongyuan Company consists of a micro nano bubble generator, diffusion device, snorkeling device, limit device, control device, etc. This system can be widely used in aquaculture, landscape engineering, river regulation, reclaimed water reuse, sewage treatment, gas-liquid mixing and other occasions. Combined with different intake gas sources (such as air, oxygen, ozone, nitrogen, etc.) and process methods, it can efficiently achieve functions such as oxygenation aeration, air flotation separation, oxidation decolorization, denitrification and phosphorus removal.
The micro nano bubble generator is manufactured using industrial source technology and has the characteristics of high energy efficiency, stability and reliability, and unmanned operation. The micro nano (less than 5 microns) bubbles released are emulsified, evenly distributed, and have a long stable residence time, forming a super large specific surface area contact between gas and liquid phases, thus efficiently achieving two-phase mixing contact and achieving the expected goal. Taking a water body with an air source at around 25 degrees Celsius as an example, the peak concentration of micro nano dissolved oxygen can reach 12mg/L.
