Detailed explanation of the functions of microporous membrane degreasing equipment:
1. Activated carbon adsorption tower is the most effective purification equipment for treating organic waste gas and odor. Activated carbon adsorption is an effective measure for removing odors, natural and synthetic dissolved organic matter, and micro pollutants from water.
2. Most of the larger organic molecules, aromatic compounds, halogenated compounds, etc. can be firmly adsorbed on the surface or in the pores of activated carbon, and have significant removal effects on humic substances, synthetic organic compounds, and low molecular weight organic compounds. Activated carbon adsorption is a deep purification process, often used for the final treatment of wastewater, as well as for the purification of long-term production water and domestic water.
3. When there is a large amount of dust and particulate matter, the activated carbon adsorption device can be used simultaneously with the water curtain machine, water spray tower, and UV plasma to achieve exhaust gas purification and emission standards.
Working principle of microporous membrane degreaser:
1. The selected medium for adsorption method is activated carbon or diatom. The dusty gas is powered by a fan and enters the tower under positive or negative pressure, due to the presence of molecular or chemical forces on the solid surface of activated carbon that are unbalanced and unsaturated.
2. When the solid surface comes into contact with gas, it can attract gas molecules, causing them to concentrate and remain on the solid surface, thereby adsorbing pollutants. After passing through the filter, the exhaust gas enters the equipment's dust removal system, purifying the gas and achieving high-altitude emission standards.
