Product details
Microcoulometric sulfur chlorine analyzerIt is a new product that applies microcoulometric analysis technology and uses computer-controlled microcoulometric titration. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, easy operation, good stability, and easy installation. It can be used for the analysis of trace sulfur and chlorine in petrochemical products and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, scientific research and other departments.
The microcoulometric sulfur and chlorine analyzer is based on the microcoulometric principle. Various forms of sulfur (chlorine) in the sample are converted into sulfur dioxide (all converted into HCl) at high temperatures in nitrogen and oxygen, and enter the titration cell. Through electrolysis, iodine and sulfur dioxide react (silver ions react with chloride ions in the cell through electrolysis). The microcomputer automatically calculates the total sulfur content (total chlorine content) in the sample based on the amount of electricity consumed by the generated iodine (silver ions) and Faraday's law. The entire analysis process is controlled by a computer, and the samples are loaded by an automatic sampler, with a high degree of instrument automation.
Instrument execution standard:
SH/T0689, ASTMD5453 Determination of Total Sulfur Content in Light Hydrocarbons, Engine Fuels, and Other Oil Products (Ultraviolet Fluorescence Method)
